Despite being served papers over unpaid child support, there are serious doubts that Bryson Bryant will show up to court. The mother of his child shared that she has little faith left in Bryson. It’s the latest in an ongoing drama playing out between NeNe Leake’s son and Symone Davis, whose real name is Erin.
Symone and Bryson share a six-year-old son named Blaze, and allegedly, Bryson hasn’t paid a dime of child support. After nearly four years of not paying, the amount of money owed has inflated to a whopping $30,000. Symone filed a lawsuit against Bryson, but she recently told Radar Online that she didn’t have much faith in her baby’s father.
Will Bryson show up to court?
In addition to the child support trouble, Bryson recently spent three months in jail over a felony fentanyl possession case. Eventually, he scrounged up the $6K to get out on bond, but Symone wants to send him back to jail for his failure to pay child support.
She said he’s “willfully” ignoring this issue and has “doubt” that he’ll even show up to court. According to Symone, she and Blaze are planning on relocating, but she hasn’t heard from Bryson since filing the lawsuit.
“I’m more anxious to get it over with,” Symone said about the upcoming court case, before adding that she wants to put Bryson behind her.
Each month, Bryson is supposed to pay $708. He tried to argue with the court to get the payment lowered, but they determined that this was the lowest possible monthly payment. Kids are expensive, and Bryson is learning that the hard way.
Bryson and Symone’s court hearing is scheduled for next month. We’ll be keeping our eyes out for updates on whether or not Bryson shows up. For Blaze’s sake, we’re really hoping for a peaceful resolution to this saga.
