Ariana Madix is under fire following her messy fight with Tom Sandoval on Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules.

After berating her former boyfriend, whom she labeled an “attempted dog murderer,” for letting their dog, Mya, into her room, where she consumed leftovers that ultimately led to her hospitalization, Ariana, 38, was slammed for failing to clean up after herself as fans accused her of attempting to “control” Sandoval, 41, and encouraged to be a better pet owner.

“You went into my room with the door closed. Do not ever f*cking do that again,” Ariana told Sandoval on the April 2 episode.

Then, in a confessional, as she recalled Mya ingesting her trash, she suggested Sandoval could have “[ended] her life.”

“You haven’t emptied the litter box for your cat in two years,” he fired back.

“I literally emptied the litter box when you were out of town, maybe like a f*cking week ago,” she replied.

Following the sharing of the clip from Tuesday’s Pump Rules, fans were quick to wonder why Ariana had food out in the first place — especially since she was reportedly out of town.

“Bro you left food in your room … Dog owner no no 101,” one person stated.

“No grown adult should have old takeout containers in their bedroom from the night before,” another agreed.

A third person said they were “so over” Ariana, and someone else said the incident was “her fault.”

“She should have thrown away her dangerous food trash fully knowing her dog would eat it if given the opportunity,” they wrote.

Others said that Ariana’s behavior was making them “love Sandoval again.”

“Wait. Why was there leftovers in your room and you’re out of town?!” one person asked.

As fans continued to wonder why someone would leave their leftovers lying around in a household with pets, one particular Instagram user suspected Ariana was trying to control her ex-boyfriend.

“She wants to control this man so bad!!! He has a voice and he can speak!!! Who made you God my sear?!?!? Aww, [you’re] going to call 911 because he has a voice,” they stated.

Another person singled out the fact that Ariana admitted to having neglected to clean her litter box for several days.

“A litter box needs to be emptied out way more than once a week. [Ariana], you need to take better care of your animals,” they demanded.

A viewer also accused Ariana of being “rude” and “aggressive” towards Tom Schwartz, as another fan wanted her to take “accountability.” One more fan accused Ariana and Katie Maloney of being “insufferable” this season.

Despite the backlash, Ariana did get some support as one fan felt she “should’ve been meaner” to Sandoval, and another reminded fans that this was all filmed just a few months following the “betrayal” from Sandoval.
