The argument escalated into her accusing him of once trying to kill her dog, Mya, by locking her in her room, where she ingested wooden skewers that were in a takeout container.
The tension between the exes was high this week, but their unfavorable living situation may soon be over.
In March, an insider told Page Six that Madix, 38, purchased a $1.6 million house in Hollywood Hills.
“Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,” the source divulged.
Her impending move comes as she battles it out with Sandoval over the $2 million home they purchased in 2019 and still share following his a shocking affair with their co-star Raquel Leviss.
In January, Madix sued the musician to force the sale of their shared abode and split the proceeds, but he denied her bid the following month.
During an episode of “Vanderump Rules” that aired in February, Sandoval claimed Madix had stopped paying their bills for the home.
“My bank account was literally overdrawn. Dude, Ariana hadn’t paid any of the bills for, like, f–king eight months, man,” he said.
“I’ve been pretty much paying for everything out of all my accounts. Mortgage, gardener, cleaning, utilities, everything,” he further claimed. “It’s kind of like pulling teeth to get Ariana to pay me back.”
Similarly, he accused Madix, who is currently starring as Roxie Hart in the musical revival of “Chicago,” of dragging her feet with finding a new place to live during the bonus scene from this week’s episode.
“Ariana’s really busy,” he conceded.
“She has a lot of things in the works — I think they’re flying her to the moon the day after she meets the Pope — so I’m sure it’s a lot for her to handle house-hunting, but I have it on record that she doesn’t want the house.”
“So she’s literally only fighting me on it out of spite.”
