The Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador is still living large amid her contentious divorce!

According to a new report, Shannon is now renting a 4,034 sq. ft. home in Newport Beach for $12,000 a month. Below see photos of the home.

The Blast is able to report this latest tidbit all thanks to court documents in Shannon’s ongoing divorce with her ex David Beador. As it’s been reported, David, who is currently paying Shannon $22,500 a month in spousal and child support, has been tirelessly trying to get a judge to reduce his monthly payments.

During a court hearing this month, Shannon revealed her RHOC salary, and said she was earning $37,767 a month, which included her earnings from appearances and promotions. However, she also told the courts she had monthly expenses totaling $30,235.

As for Shannon’s new home, which she will be sharing with her three daughters, it boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The home is described as being ‘freshly remodeled’ and is located in an exclusive community, with access to shared basketball and tennis courts, as well as a community pool.

Other features of the mini-mansion includes a 3 car garage, an outdoor shower, and a jacuzzi.

MLS records also show that Shannon’s landlord paid $2,775,000 for the house in July of 2018.
