The news comes months after Brielle’s dad, Kroy Biermann, was ordered to surrender his $400,000 Rolls-Royce to BMW
Brielle Biermann’s Range Rover will be repossessed by the bank, according to court documents.
Kim Zolciak Biermann’s daughter was named in the foreclosure lawsuit from Ally Bank, which found the bank awarded repossession of the luxury car. The affidavit, obtained by PEOPLE, stated Brielle, 27, was “past due” on vehicle payments amounting to $83,969.35. Monthly payments on the car were supposed to be $1,903 — and both Brielle and Kim were named in the suit.
This isn’t the first time the Real Housewives of Atlanta family has been subject to a lawsuit from the bank.
In November, Kroy Biermann was ordered to surrender his $400,000 Rolls-Royce after a lawsuit from BMW. The company alleged the last payment from Kroy was received in September 2022. Court documents obtained by PEOPLE confirm that because Kroy did not respond to the filing, BMW was awarded the right to repossess the vehicle.
Brielle was also named in a lawsuit from American Express in 2023 for defaulting on over $12,000 in credit card payments, according to a court document obtained by PEOPLE. The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice.
In February 2023, news broke that the Zolciak-Biermann home would be falling under foreclosure from a Georgia bank after the pair allegedly defaulted on a $1.65 million loan. At the time, Zolciak said claims of foreclosure were “a misunderstanding,” a source told PEOPLE.
The couple’s home was not foreclosed on — however, the couple has resorted to selling the property after disagreements on the home’s future. In their on-again-off-again divorce case, Kroy asked the court to allow him to put the home up for sale without Kim’s consent.
Kim and Kroy officially listed the Georgia home for $6 million in October. It’s still on the market as of March, with the price lowered to $4.5 million.
As for Kim and Kroy’s relationship: they mutually filed to legally dissolve their 12-year marriage in May 2023, but called off the divorce in July. Kroy later filed for divorce from Kim in August 2023.
Kim had filed to dismiss her husband’s second divorce filing in late September, stating that the couple had “engaged in marital sexual relations on multiple occasions since the filing of the petition for divorce,” and they “most recently” hooked up on Sept. 7, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.
While the status of their relationship was unclear throughout the fall — in November, Kim posted a video of a sing-along car ride with her on-again, off-again husband, and days before that, she reverted back to her married name on Instagram — a court order on Dec. 11 indicated that the divorce was moving forward.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Shermela J. Williams ordered the couple to complete mediation to come to a settlement in their divorce by Jan. 31, 2024, according to a court order obtained by TMZ and Us Weekly.
The pair got married in 2011. In addition to Brielle, Kim’s daughter from a previous relationship, she and Kroy share six kids: Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10, and daughter Ariana, 22, from a previous relationship.
Brielle recently got engaged to minor league baseball player Billy Seidl, which Kim announced on Instagram in February.
“I’m so happy for @briellebiermann@bseidl21 nothing makes me happier than seeing my kids happy!” Kim wrote in an Instagram post, featuring a moment from the proposal. “It’s the best feeling EVER!! Love you both to the moon and back and look forward to alllll the years to come 🙏🏻❤️😍”
