TEEN Mom star David Eason has lashed out at his estranged wife, Jenelle Evans, after being handed a court summons while living on a boat.

The ex reality stars have been entangled in a bitter divorce and custody battle, with Jenelle recently attempting to file a restraining order against David.

The U.S. Sun previously reported that David was served with the order after he was accused of assaulting Jenelle’s son, Jace.

Now he is firing back with a message to fans from his current boat home.

“Jenelle tried to file a restraining order,” David told followers on TikTok.

“She doesn’t want me to talk about her personal business. Well guess what, you made that decision for yourself,” he said in a sarcastic tone.

“She made that decision,” he continued, turning to address Jenelle directly. “You make your bed, now lay in it. And if you can’t got to sleep in the bed you made, it’s probably because you didn’t make your bed right.

“You’ve got some dirty sheets.”

He then promised to fight her request in court.

“When we get to the courtroom, I’m bringing all the info, baby,” he added. “I’m bringing all the receipts, and you ain’t getting no refund.

“It’s going to be wild. It’s going to be a very interesting day in court.”

Jenelle previously filed to separate from her husband due to his alleged “erratic” behavior, “substance abuse” problems, and “refusal” to work, The U.S. Sun exclusively reported.

In Jenelle’s court complaint for separation, the former Teen Mom 2 star lashed out at David and brought up everything from his admitted murder of their pet dog, Nugget, in 2019, to his current felony charge for allegedly strangling her son, Jace.

The complaint also targeted David’s alleged refusal to work, his excessive spending of Jenelle’s money, and his text exchange with his ex-wife, which she called “criminal conversations.”

In the filing, which was entered into court on February 23, Jenelle said she and David officially separated on February 16, “with the intent that the separation be permanent.”

“Throughout the duration of the marriage of the parties, the defendant has exhibited concerning and at times disturbing behavior towards the plaintiff,” she said.

“In May of 2019, Defendant shot and killed the family’s pet French Bulldog Nugget in front of the minor child,” she continued, referring to her daughter Ensley, now seven.

Jenelle claimed as a result of David allegedly killing their family pet, “the Columbus County Department of Child Services, DSS instituted proceedings against the parties and took into custody the aforementioned minor children.”

Jenelle also alleged that David’s daughter Maryssa was also taken into DSS custody during that incident.

She then referred to David’s alleged assault on Jace late last year.

LIVING ON BOAT

The ex MTV notable also said that David is currently living on her boat, which is docked in a nearby marina.

The star complained that, since their separation, David has not checked in on her or inquired about Ensley.

“Plaintiff has been spending his days drinking liquor at a bar near the marina,” she claimed.

She said that David has also refused to give her a key to their mailbox, and as a result, she has been unable to pick up Jace’s medication, “leaving the minor child at risk for adverse health effects.”

Jenelle also lashed out at David for leaving his daughter Maryssa, 16, behind when he left their marital residence.

“Defendant developed no plan for ensuring both of his biological minor children were cared for and offered plaintiff zero support and assistance with any of the minor children during this time.”

Jenelle said she needed Maryssa out of the home so that she could focus her care on Jace, “especially since [he] had just been forced into DSS custody because of alleged acts of domestic violence by the defendant,” per the filing.

The mom-of-three also claimed David showed up to their house on February 22, despite a no-contact order against him for Jace.

“For the purpose of harassing or annoying plaintiff, defendant took plaintiff’s vehicle without her permission and told her to kill herself among other vile insults, which plaintiff filmed the interaction for her safety.”

Jace “was home, but not present during defendant’s show,” according to the documents.
